John Dotson

John "Ric" Dotson, 57, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, surrounded by love and his family. He was a great, honest, hard-working man who made anything seem fun and never met a stranger. His wife of 35 years and children meant the world to him and he did everything he could to love and provide for them. Ric is survived by his wife and best friend, Diana "Tiny"; his children, Emily, Ben, Joy and Avery, Sterling and Macey, and Savannah; his mother, Rose; his dad and stepmother, John and Pat; his siblings, Kathy (Frank) Harrelson, Mark (Annette), and Darryl (Deborah), and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held on this Saturday, March 17, at 3pm. The service will be held at Pritchard Memorial Baptist Church, 1117 South Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28203.
