Transportation Services
Carolina Mortuary Transportation Service has employees on duty 24 hours a day to handle your transportation needs. CMTS has 9 vehicles, 2 which are four wheel drive for in climate weather. Carolina Mortuary Service and Cremation Vehicles are assigned to our employees so they are available to respond from their respective locations within the Charlotte Market. We utilize one man cars with two mortuary stretchers and one is an oversize stretcher to handle obese individuals. They are supplied to handle any situation that is presented to our Funeral Associates.
We always send a second person to accompany our associates on home calls and have the availability to call for more help if needed. With the increase in weight of today's population, we are prepared to handle any size decedent in the Charlotte Metro market area.
